How to Use Additional Candles in Your Ritual:
• Use one candle per energy you’re releasing
• Place each candle in a triangle or circle formation around your own (representing you)
• Tie cords between your candle and each additional candle
• Speak your intention clearly for each one
• Let the flames do the unbinding—watch how each burns, take note, and release as they fall
Tip: If releasing from multiple versions of yourself (past identities, roles, timelines), assign one candle to each aspect. You can also write names or labels on parchment and place beneath each candle.
