As I sit here thinking of my future endeavours and what that may look like, I know I’m being asked to step it up, to be MORE. I also understand that there’s is great responsibility that comes with BEing a Teacher or a holder of sacred space — A Leader.
So what makes a great Leader?
Here are 10 qualities that I believe are a must;
1. Honesty and Integrity 2. Confidence 3. Inspire Others 4. Commitment and Passion 5. Good Communicator 6. Decision-Making Capabilities 7. Accountability 8. Delegation and Empowerment 9. Creativity and Innovation 10. Empathy
To become a great leader, you must have all these qualities, but I feel there is ONE quality still missing to becoming a GREATER Leader; Unconditional LOVE.
An understanding that we may all look different on the outside but on the inside, we are ALL created by the same LOVE — With no judgment, presumptions or expectations, just allowing you to be YOU in your OWN POWER!
Only universal time will tell if I will fulfill these goals and be a great leader,but for now, I’m grateful to be able to just BE me.
