The Moon has a big effect on our planet and of course on us. When we work energetically we ensure that all energies are flowing alongside the Universal frequency. This can be thought of as " It is easier to go with the river flow rather than trying to go against the tide." So when we think of the Universal cycles, the moon is the strong driving force when doing energy work. This is a very easy way of ensuring that you are going with the flow that surrounds us.

So basically if you are doing anything that is about starting, strength, constructing you do these on the Waxing cycle. If you are doing anything with binding, separation, elimination, ending, deconstructing; these are done on the waning cycle.
Like our intention, it is important to follow the energy cycles that are present in our environment and the universe as this will put extra energy into our workings -- through, if it is an emergency and it can't wait, listen to your gut and tune in to your inner knowing.

The lunar cycle allows us the ability to have a beginning and an end each month. The New Moon brings the energy of ending and the seed of the new beginnings, a chance to write a new page in our story, whilst the Full Moon brings an apex of abundance of energy and a time to embrace WHOLENESS, to release and set free all that no longer serves us. These auspicious times of the moon last for 3 days: one will be on the waxing cycle, one as the central energy and one on the waning cycle.
The Full Moon cycle is when I create my crystal waters and essences that I use to make my products, this is when her energy is at her fullest and most powerful, her 'Magick".
And to create with intent is OUR magick!
